Organizers: Career Institute of Medical Science (CIMS) and Career College of Nursing, Bhopal
A triumphant three-day medical camp delivered gratis healthcare to underserved communities at Satpura Bhawan, prioritizing general check-ups and consultations amid constrained access to facilities.
Key Activities:
- Comprehensive screenings encompassing blood pressure, pulse, and glucose levels, furnishing attendees with perspicacious health appraisals.
- Expert counsel from a general physician on ameliorative strategies.
The team consisted of 1 general physician and two B.Sc. Nursing 3rd-year students Arun Nagar and Ashad Ali ensured seamless, empathetic operations.
Benefiting officers, staff, and visitors, the camp examined 50 individuals in 3 days. It facilitated prompt detection of ailments among time-strapped professionals, bolstering awareness and productivity.
This initiative underscored the efficacy of on-site interventions in nurturing workforce vitality, exemplifying CIMS and Career College of Nursing's commitment to occupational health equity. Replication across offices is imperative.
