First Responder Training Session
Report on First Responder Training Session at Career College of Nursing
On December 16th, under the banner of Young Indians, Career College of Nursing successfully organized a First Responder Training program for students and staff to strengthen emergency response skills. The session was conducted by Mr. Fazal and Mr. Ankit, faculty members from Chirayu Medical College, who delivered an insightful Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
The workshop emphasized life-saving measures during cardiac emergencies, including hands-on training in CPR, use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED), and effective emergency communication. Special emphasis was placed on the vital role of bystanders in saving lives through timely intervention.
Dr. Abhijeet Deshmukh, a renowned Gastrointestinal Surgeon, addressed participants’ queries and provided expert guidance, making the session highly interactive and informative. Participants actively engaged in practical exercises and discussions, making it a knowledge-enhancing experience.
