The Grievance & Redressal Cell at Career College of Nursing, Bhopal is established to address students’ concerns through a transparent, impartial, and fair mechanism. The cell ensures that students feel safe, heard, and supported in the academic environment.
The Grievance & Redressal Cell has been constituted as per UGC Grievance Redressal Regulations. It handles complaints related to academic, administrative, or personal issues, including matters of harassment or unfair treatment.
Students may approach the Principal or GRC members directly. Those unwilling to meet in person may submit a written complaint through the Complaint Box placed at the college reception. All grievances are handled confidentially, sensitively, and responsibly.

Direct Submission:
Students can report their grievances directly to their mentor or the Principal.
Minor Grievances:
For minor issues, the Principal may instruct the HOD to resolve the concern promptly.
Major Grievances:
Serious matters are referred to the Grievance & Redressal Cell for detailed review and action.
Complaint Box:
Students may submit grievances anonymously through the Complaint Box with full confidentiality.
Proactive Monitoring:
GRC members regularly interact with students to identify and resolve issues proactively.
